About Me

headshot photo of AnaLisa Rutstein

I come to this work as someone who has navigated trauma, chronic illness, breast cancer, emotional eating, and long seasons of disconnection from my body. I understand the longing for safety, steadiness, and a more compassionate relationship with oneself.

My Approach

Rather than offering a single method or quick fix, I weave these approaches together with deep respect for the body’s wisdom and the nervous system’s needs.

Healing, as I understand it, unfolds when we feel safe enough to slow down, listen, and respond with kindness rather than force. My role is to walk beside you, offering steadiness, clarity, and care.
