My Approach

I bring nearly two decades of experience as a trauma-sensitive meditation teacher and somatic guide, informed by extensive training and lived experience. My approach is relational, body-based, and about restoring safety. We move slowly enough for your nervous system to feel met, respected, and included.

Whether you’re navigating trauma, chronic stress or illness, or ongoing challenges around food, care, and nourishment, these sessions offer a steady place to practice embodied self-compassion learning to listen to your body not as a problem to solve, but as a source of wisdom and guidance.

What Sessions Are Like

Each session is collaborative and responsive to what’s most present for you. Sessions typically include conversation, gentle guided practices, and time to notice and integrate what arises, all paced to what your nervous system can hold.

A 6-Session Journey to Reconnecting With Your Body

Coming Home is a gentle, supportive space for beginning—or renewing—your relationship with your body.

If your body has felt overwhelming, distant, or hard to inhabit, these sessions offer a place to slow down, listen, and rebuild trust from the inside out.

We move at your pace. Each session is shaped by what’s present for you, guided by trauma-sensitive mindfulness, somatic awareness, and self-compassion. This isn’t about fixing your body—it’s about learning to be with it, moment by moment, with more kindness and care.

This offering is for you if you’re navigating:

  • Trauma or nervous system dysregulation

  • Chronic illness or pain

  • Body distrust or disconnection

  • Emotional overwhelm

  • A longing to feel more at home within yourself

  • 6 one-hour individual sessions

  • 1 custom guided meditation recording

  • Personalized journal and reflection prompts

  • One email check-in per session for ongoing support

Sessions are completed within 6 months, allowing spacious time for integration between meetings.

The Deeper Journey to Embodied Self-Compassion

Belonging is an extended container for those ready to deepen their work—cultivating safety, compassion, and presence within their bodies over time.

This 12-session journey offers space to stay, especially when things feel tender, complicated, or uncertain. Rather than rushing toward change, we slow the process down.

Together, we explore how to meet your body with curiosity and care, build nervous system resilience, and strengthen your capacity to remain in relationship with yourself through the full range of human experience.

This journey is especially supportive if you’re living with:

  • Long-term patterns of trauma

  • Chronic illness or pain

  • Body-based shame or dissociation

  • Deep disconnection from your physical self

  • A desire for steadier belonging within yourself

You don’t need to be “ready” or healed to begin. You only need a willingness to move gently, at your own pace.
