Intuitive Guidance

Just when the caterpillar thought the world was over, it became a butterfly.
— Proverb

Do you know how much you are  REALLY capable  of?

When we look at  a babies development, the growth and rapid transformations are more dramatic and we celebrate them. But we don’t often even realize that we all have that same inborn ability and how much we are really capable of.

There is an infinite intelligence  inside of us that is guiding us … as we grow older we lose touch with this connection, this faith, this trust , this love that is at the core of our being. This intelligence holds the answers to many questions that we seek.

We long to be connected again with this energy, this knowing, this love and look for means outside of ourselves to recapture  it.

The truth is… it is still there… we have just gotten disconnected  from it .

We all have this  innate ability to transform our emotions, pain, our bodies, our relationships, financial situations, spiritual practice and our lives .  We always have .

Transformation is a part of life.  Some transformations we embrace, others we resist.

Each transformation, catalyst, or seeming obstacle, is an opportunity for growth and expansion into a deeper sense of peace,

a deeper connection with yourself, and LOVE .

You may have tried many avenues to reconnect  through therapy,  spiritual practices , books , retreats, workshops, online courses  or you may be just starting on your path.

While you have everything you need inside you to reconnect … you may feel like you have no access to the infinite wisdom and guidance that is available to you .

You may feel stuck, frustrated, and struggle with what to do next .

I want to empower you with the tools to awaken your inner wisdom, release fears and emotional blocks, and guide you home, back to the place of love, back to a place of deeper connection, deeper knowing , deeper trust in the ongoing unfolding of your life.

Helping you transform your life, each and every moment into sacred space and nourishment . To transform whatever comes your way into a sacred opportunity for growth and expansion.

How does one become a butterfly?” she asked pensively.
You must want to fly so much that you are willing to give up being a caterpillar.
